The handling fee covers taking your item into our care at the show, getting it to the signing, and holding it safely until you collect it. It's added automatically at checkout.
Please read before ordering
This is not a ticket. A drop-off order is not entry to the convention, not a ticket of any kind, and not a meeting with the talent. You are ordering a service: you hand your own item to us at our drop-off point, we take it to be signed, and you come back for it later.
  • You must have your own admission to the convention.
  • You bring the item — we are not supplying one.
  • You will not meet the talent as part of this order.
  • You collect from our drop-off point by 5pm Sunday, when the show closes.

If you don't collect your item. Items left uncollected when the show closes are posted back to you. You'll be charged the cost of shipping, plus $50.00 per item ($75.00 for a large prop).We'll invoice you for it, and post your item once that's paid — allow 4–6 weeks.

If your guest doesn't sign. Signings can be affected by cancellations, delays and schedule changes outside our control. If your item isn't signed you'll receive a full refund and get your item back at our drop-off point. If it has to be shipped back to you instead, the handling fee and return shipping still apply.

Items that can't be collected at the show. If you add CGC grading or encapsulation, your item goes to CGC after the signing and is posted to you — you'll pay shipping at checkout, and no left-behind fee applies because you chose to have it sent.

While we're holding your item. We photograph every item when we take it in and record any damage already present, so we both have the same record. Items left with us are covered by ourDrop-Off Terms, Personal Item Policy and Terms of Service, which apply to this order in full.

How Onsite Drop-Offs Work

  1. Step 1: Book here, before the show.
    Choose your item type and any inscriptions, and pay the signature price plus the drop-off handling fee.
  2. Step 2: We email you a QR code.
    Your confirmation email contains a QR code and a short drop-off code. Bring either one — on your phone or printed.
  3. Step 3: Bring your item to our booth.
    We scan your code, check your item over with you, photograph its condition, and take it into our care.
  4. Step 4: We get it signed.
    Your item goes to the signing. You don't need to be there, and you don't need to queue.
  5. Step 5: Come back and collect.
    We'll email you when it's ready. Collect from our booth before the show closes.

No queueing, no waiting around — leave it with us and enjoy the show.

A drop-off booking is a service, not a ticket. It is not entry to the convention, it is not an autograph ticket, and it is not a meeting with the talent.

FAQs

Third-Party Authentication with JSA

Want independent verification that your autograph is genuine? We can arrange JSA (James Spence Authentication) on items signed at our events.

Two ways to authenticate

  • Witness Authentication — $20
    A JSA representative witnesses the signing in person, and your item receives a numbered JSA authentication sticker. You choose whether it goes on the front or the back.
  • Letter of Authenticity — $50
    Your item is issued a full JSA letter documenting the signature.

How to add it to your order

JSA isn't part of checkout, so contact us and we'll add it for you. Include your order number and the option you'd like, and get in touch soon after ordering — we need it before your item is signed at the event.
