Product Information & Availability:
All product descriptions, images, references, features, specifications, and prices on the Site are subject to change without notice. Certain weights, measures, and other descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience. While Signet strives to ensure the accuracy of product listings, errors may occur. The inclusion of any products or services on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at the time of your purchase.
Signet reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product or service, discontinue products or services, and refuse or cancel any order at any time. You acknowledge that availability of products and services may change between the time of your order and the time of shipment, and Signet will not be liable for any unfulfilled orders.
Colors:
While Signet strives to display product colors as accurately as possible on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device will display these colors accurately. Differences in screen displays and settings may cause variations between the actual product color and how it appears on the Site.
Limitations on Quantity:
Signet does not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on bulk purchases of multiple items. We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed using the same account, payment method, billing, or shipping address. You will be notified if any such limits are applied to your order. Furthermore, Signet reserves the right to prohibit purchases for resale. A reseller is defined as any individual or company that buys products with the intent to resell them rather than for personal use.
Legal Compliance:
By placing an order on the Site, you represent that the products purchased will be used only in a lawful manner. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including those relating to the purchase, shipment, receipt, and use of the products you order. This includes any legal requirements related to age restrictions or product usage.
Pricing & Payment:
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including, without limitation, all shipping, handling, and applicable taxes. Taxes & Fees:
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees resulting from your Transaction. Shipping and handling fees, as well as any additional service charges, may apply and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that taxes are calculated based on the shipping address provided and may vary depending on applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
Order Confirmation & Communication:
Upon submission of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order by Signet. Your order is deemed accepted when we provide a shipment confirmation. Signet, its agents, or delivery partners may contact you via phone, email, or text message regarding your account, Transactions, or delivery of your purchases. You agree to receive such communications, which may include pre-recorded or auto-dialed calls and texts to the phone number(s) you provide.
For training purposes or to improve the quality of our services, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of any phone conversations you have with our customer service team.
Fraud Prevention & Security:
Signet employs reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any passwords or access credentials associated with it. You also agree to immediately notify Signet of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breach.
Signet may cancel, delay, or refuse any Transaction if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected. We reserve the right to conduct fraud prevention checks and may require additional verification or documentation before processing your order.
Rules for Promotions
Any sweepstakes, contests, raffles, giveaways, or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Site, social media platforms, or any other channels may be governed by additional rules, which are separate from these Terms & Conditions. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Signet reserves the right to cancel or modify promotional codes at any time without notice, and they may be withdrawn or expire with or without prior warning. Promotional codes cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless expressly allowed by the promotion terms. Misuse of promotional codes, including but not limited to unauthorized publication, resale, or duplication, is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the code and denial of any associated benefits.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of items sold by Signet, you may return it in accordance with Signet’s Return Policy. Gift cards and certificates are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by applicable state laws. Additionally, gift cards and certificates may not be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for any unauthorized purposes.
Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of gift cards and certificates, including any applicable expiration dates, usage restrictions, or exclusions, which may vary depending on the promotion or issuing terms.

The Site may contain links to, or interactive functionalities with, third-party websites, including but not limited to social media platforms, affiliates, product manufacturers, or service providers. Signet provides these links for your convenience only and does not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, services, privacy practices, or policies of these third-party websites. Signet is not responsible for, and assumes no liability arising from, the functionality, actions, inactions, privacy settings, terms of use, content, or the handling of any personal information by such third parties.
Before using any third-party website, sharing data through the Site's integration with such websites, or enabling any third-party functionality (e.g., social media sharing), you are strongly encouraged to review and fully understand the applicable terms of service, privacy policies, and any information-sharing practices of each third-party website. Your interactions with third-party websites are governed solely by their respective terms, and Signet disclaims all liability related to your use of such websites.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to file any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, ANY CONTENT OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SITE, OR THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SITE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

- Unlawful Conduct: Any violation of any law, rule, regulation, or the rights of any third party in connection with your use of the Site.
You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any Claim. Signet reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will not settle any Claim without Signet’s prior written consent.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms & Conditions and your use of the Site.

For notices sent to you, you consent to receive communications from Signet electronically, including notices and other communications by posting them on the Site, sending an email to the email address associated with your account, or mailing a notice to your billing address listed in your account profile. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically by Signet satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Notice is considered given:
- For Electronic Communications: 24 hours after the notice is posted on the Site or sent by email, unless the sending party is notified that the communication was not successfully delivered.
- For Mail Communications: Three days after the date of mailing to your registered billing address.
You agree that a printed version of these Terms & Conditions and any electronic notice or communication shall be admissible in any judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information in your account profile to ensure you receive communications from Signet. Failure to do so may result in missed communications, for which Signet will not be responsible.

Arbitration Agreement
Please read this section carefully. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you waive your right to trial by jury or to participate in a class, collective, or representative action for any dispute arising from your use of the Site. This section sets forth the terms for resolving disputes through binding arbitration.
Agreement to Binding Arbitration:
You and Signet agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with:
- Your use of the Site, or
- The breach, enforcement, interpretation, application, or validity of these Terms & Conditions, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, except where otherwise stated herein (the “Arbitration Agreement”).
Exceptions to Arbitration:
Despite the foregoing, the following exceptions apply:
- Small Claims: You or Signet may bring an individual claim in small claims court in the U.S., provided it meets the applicable jurisdictional and monetary limits and is filed as an individual claim.
-
Intellectual Property: You or Signet may file a lawsuit to seek injunctive relief related to infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
Jury Trial & Class Action Waiver:
You and Signet waive the right to a jury trial for any disputes covered by this agreement. Furthermore, any arbitration must be conducted on an individual basis—you and Signet expressly waive the right to file or participate in any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one party’s claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
If any provision in this paragraph is found unenforceable with respect to a claim, that claim shall be resolved in court, while all other claims will proceed in arbitration.
Governing Law & Arbitration Rules:
This Arbitration Agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., which shall control all issues related to arbitration. If the FAA does not apply, Florida law will govern. Arbitration will follow the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), available online at www.adr.org.
Initiating Arbitration:
To initiate arbitration, you must send a written notice (a "Notice") by certified mail to Signet's designated address at: [INSERT ADDRESS HERE]. If Signet initiates arbitration, we will send a Notice to your billing address on file. The Notice should include:
- The basis of the claim;
- The specific relief sought;
- Any supporting documents or information.
If the claim is unresolved after 30 days, either party may commence arbitration by filing the necessary forms with the AAA and notifying the opposing party.
Fees:
For claims under $75,000, you will be responsible for the AAA filing fee. Signet will cover any additional arbitration fees unless the arbitrator finds the claim to be frivolous. For claims exceeding $75,000, the filing fee and costs will be determined by AAA rules.
Arbitration Location & Procedure:
For claims under $10,000, arbitration may proceed via:
- Documents submitted to the arbitrator,
- A telephonic hearing,
- An in-person hearing in your home county, or
- Other mutually agreed-upon arrangements.
For claims over $10,000, the AAA rules will determine the location and hearing format.
Arbitrator's Decision:
The arbitrator will issue a written decision, binding on both parties, which can be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you prevail, you may be entitled to recover attorneys' fees and costs to the extent allowed by applicable law. Signet will not seek its attorneys' fees unless the claim is frivolous.
Choice of Law, Forum Selection, & Jury Waiver
Except as otherwise provided in the Arbitration Agreement, disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any non-arbitrable claims must be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the District of Florida or, if no federal jurisdiction exists, in the state courts of Florida, Dade County. Both you and Signet waive the right to a jury trial for any court proceedings.
The choice-of-law and forum-selection clauses do not apply to disputes subject to arbitration, which are governed by the FAA as previously described.
Miscellaneous
These Terms & Conditions, along with any policies or information referenced, linked to, or incorporated by reference within the Site, represent the entire agreement between you and Signet regarding your use of the Site. This agreement supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, agreements, or proposals, whether oral or written, related to the use of the Site.
Waiver:
No provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed waived unless the waiver is provided in writing and signed by the party granting the waiver. A failure or delay by either party to enforce any term or exercise any right under these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that term, right, or any other provision. Partial exercise of any right or remedy shall not preclude the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
Severability:
Except as otherwise provided in the Arbitration Agreement section, if any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
Assignment:
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without prior written consent from Signet. Any attempted assignment without such consent will be void. Signet may assign or transfer these Terms & Conditions at its discretion without restriction or notice.
Force Majeure:
Signet shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any obligation under these Terms & Conditions that is caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemic, or failure of third-party service providers (collectively, “Force Majeure Events”). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Signet’s obligations under these Terms & Conditions will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
