Welcome to collectsignet.com, the official online store of Signet Collectibles. Below you will find our detailed shipping policy, which outlines how we handle shipping for both domestic and international orders, processing times, shipping fees, tracking, and more.

 

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are subject to order verification, quality check, and packaging. Once your order is confirmed, processing will begin.

  • Orders for In-Stock Product, Accessories, etc: Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
    • Holidays: Orders placed on holidays will be processed upon return, timing could vary depending on the holiday and backlog of orders received.
  • Pre-Orders: If you’ve placed a pre-order, shipping will occur after the items have been received and/or signed, which may take longer depending on the product or celebrity's availability. 
  • Personal Items for Autographs: Orders involving personal items for signings are processed once the items have been signed and returned from the autograph session or event.

We will notify you via email of any delays or updates regarding your order’s processing.

 

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide and offer a range of shipping options to accommodate different delivery timeframes and budgets.

Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: (3-7 business days) - Calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: (1-3 business days) - Calculated at checkout for faster delivery. Ideal for last-minute purchases or gifts.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $349 (NOT FINAL) (before taxes and after any discounts) for standard shipping only.

International Shipping

  • We ship to the majority of international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination country.
  • Delivery Times: Vary by destination but typically range between 7-21 business days for standard international shipping. Expedited options may be available for select countries.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, and other local government charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Signet Collectibles is not responsible for these fees or delays caused by customs clearance.

 

3. Shipment Tracking & Notifications

All orders will receive an email confirmation containing shipment details, tracking numbers, and carrier information once your order has shipped.

  • Domestic Orders: Tracking updates will be provided via email and can be monitored through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
  • International Orders: Tracking may be limited once your package leaves the U.S. Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen. You may need to contact your local postal service for tracking once it arrives in your country.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses during checkout. If you need to make changes to your shipping information, please contact support@collectsignet.com immediately.

 

4. Delivery Timeframes & Delays

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement. Although we aim to deliver within the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Factors such as postal delays, carrier disruptions, inclement weather, customs processing, and holidays may affect the speed of your delivery.

If there are any significant delays in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

 

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and Restricted Locations

Signet Collectibles ships to most physical addresses within the U.S., including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, not all shipping methods or carriers will be available for these locations. Depending on the destination, certain shipping options may be limited, and delivery times may vary. You will be notified of any restrictions during the checkout process.

 

6. Oversized, Heavy, and Fragile Item Shipping

For oversized, fragile, or heavy collectibles, we take extra precautions to ensure safe delivery. This may include:

  • Special packaging materials (e.g., foam inserts, double boxing)
  • Additional handling fees
  • Shipping via freight or specialty courier services for items that exceed standard carrier size or weight limits

You will be notified at checkout or via email if your order requires special shipping arrangements.

 

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but in rare cases, issues may arise. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipment:

  • Lost Orders: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact support@collectsignet.com within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to trace the package and resolve the issue.
  • Stolen Packages: If you suspect your package has been stolen, contact us immediately for assistance. We recommend shipping to secure locations (home with signature required, or business addresses) to minimize the risk of theft.
  • Damaged Items during Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us (INSERT FORM LINK) within 48 hours of receiving the package (per tracking delivery date). We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. 

Please note that Signet Collectibles is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier or customs.

 

8. Return Shipping & Policy

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • An incorrect item was shipped.

9. Signature Confirmation

For orders over $499 or items of high value, we require a signature confirmation upon delivery. This ensures the item reaches the intended recipient securely.

 

10. Handling Fees

Certain orders may be subject to handling fees for additional packaging materials required to safely ship fragile or high-value items. If you have any questions if your personal item will be subject to additional handling fees, please contact us before placing your order.

 

11. Shipping During Holidays and Peak Times

During peak seasons like holidays or promotional events, shipping times may be extended due to high order volumes. We will do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays may occur. Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during these periods.

 

12. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Signet Collectibles is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@collectsignet.com immediately to update.

 

13. Failed Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages

If the carrier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or if a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In cases where the failed delivery was due to an error by the carrier, additional shipping fees may not apply. However, if the failed delivery or return is due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
