Start by placing your order for the personal item you'll be sending—it's the first step to getting your collectible signed! - Step 2: Check Out Our Guide:
Read our Sending a Personal Item Guide for all the details and tips you'll need.. - Step 3: Label Like a Pro:
Don't skip this step! Your order number is a big deal (the most important detail!)—make sure it's adhered to your item. Also, include:

○ Signing location
○ Any ordered inscriptions - Step 4: Package & Ship:

A Few Things to Keep in Mind
This is a pre-order, so please note that the typical wait time is a few months. If you're planning to order, make sure you're committed—our Terms and Conditions outline a cancellation fee for any orders that are canceled. Your order's timeline revolves around the event—check out the event dates for a better idea of when your order will be completed.
Shipping Big or Heavy Items?
For large or heavy props, additional shipping and handling costs may apply to get your item safely back to you.
Third-Party Authentication with JSA
Want independent verification that your autograph is genuine? We can arrange JSA (James Spence Authentication) on items signed at our events.
Two ways to authenticate
- Witness Authentication — $20
A JSA representative witnesses the signing in person, and your item receives a numbered JSA authentication sticker. You choose whether it goes on the front or the back. - Letter of Authenticity — $50
Your item is issued a full JSA letter documenting the signature.
How to add it to your order
JSA isn't part of checkout, so contact us and we'll add it for you. Include your order number and the option you'd like. We need this done prior to the pre-order deadline for the event.
