Troy Baker is an American voice actor best known as Joel in The Last of Us, Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite, and Talion in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.

His other work includes Delsin Rowe in Infamous Second Son, Revolver Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Kanji Tatsumi in Persona 4, and Pagan Min in Far Cry 4.

Born in Dallas, Texas, he won Best Voice Actor at the 2013 VGX Awards for Joel and a D.I.C.E. Award for Talion.
