I had 2 orders with Signet: (1) an item I sent in (poster); and (2) an 8x10 purchased through Signet. The communication with Signet was great. For my poster, they provided me with details on the condition the poster received it (a few minor creases) and provided photos of it. I appreciated the information, and honestly, when it came back to me, everything looked fine. I felt that the 8x10 quality of the photo was not as sharp as it was presented. It looked like it was a screenshot rather than a high-quality photo. It appeared a little grainy. It was more of an action shot from The Mummy rather than a promo picture, but was just hoping it appeared a little sharper for the price I paid. The autograph itself looks nice, and all directions (for placement, color, character name) were followed. All in all, I recommend the service Signet provided. Just wish the 8x10 sold for autographs were slightly higher quality.
